Aptly named Take a Minute, the the 60-second segment features everything from quick interviews with coaches to chats about workout regimes with trainers. With such a broad range of topics, the open needed to maintain a certain amount of versatility; it also had to blend seamlessly with the brand. The “ticking” movement of the cylinder reflects the quick-paced format of the segment while the blue-tinged color palette and big peacock are undoubtedly NBC.
