Create one animation that could be used for two different PSA messages, and feel at home on two different networks. That was the mission tasked to HUGO by our fellow instigators at Travel Channel & Investigation Discovery. A hand-drawn homemade quality lends to a welcoming tone about two topics that are quite serious and important.
